Monitoring and customer tickets led to 1E making additional configuration and caching changes in that Azure region to support a higher level of parallel processing. 1E to review the code and setup to ensure provisioning is correct and any code is tuned appropriately.

This incident is resolved and East US 1 is working to full capacity.

Monitoring

The issues seems to be no longer occurring and we continue to monitor the situation.
There may still be some intermittent slow loading for the next hour while systems catch up on processing.
Client connectivity remains unaffected

Investigating

We are currently investigating slow login and 502 errors intermittently when logging in to the 1E Portal on East US 1
Client connectivity is unaffected.
